Hello & Welcome! I’m Emma. I help individuals encounter themselves with presence and compassion. Life can bring overwhelming emotions – stress, anxiety, burnout, depression, grief, trauma, and life transitions can profoundly impact how we see ourselves and our world. Therapy offers a unique opportunity to explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences within a trusting relationship, providing a safe, confidential space for personal insight and meaningful change.
